Nerrissa's Tuna Fish Salad Recipe


Ingredients:
1 Lg Can Albacore Tuna in Water
1/4 Cup Real Mayonnaise (Miracle Whip is OK)
2 Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 Cup Finely Grated Colby Jack Cheese
3 Tbsp of Finely Chopped White Onion
Pepper to Taste

Drain the tuna, chop the onion, and then mix all the ingredients into a medium size bowl. Serve with crackers (my favorite way to eat it) or as a sandwich on your choice of bread. Tastes even better the next day when all the flavors have merged.
