Nerrissa's Tuna Fish Salad Recipe

1 Lg Can Albacore Tuna in Water
1/4 Cup Real Mayonnaise (Miracle Whip is OK)
2 Tbsp Dill Pickle Relish
1/2 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 Cup Finely Grated Colby Jack Cheese
3 Tbsp of Finely Chopped White Onion
Pepper to Taste

Drain the tuna, chop the onion, and then mix all the ingredients into a medium size bowl. Serve with crackers (my favorite way to eat it) or as a sandwich on your choice of bread. Tastes even better the next day when all the flavors have merged.

Repurposed Project #8 - Gift Wrap

Paper napkins don't only have to be a means for wiping your mouth or hands, they can also make cute wrapping for smaller gifts. I sometime use vintage paper napkins to wrap small items in before shipping. You can get decorative paper napkins inexpensively after the holidays. With Valentines day just around the corner, I am sure several stores will have V day napkins marked down by the end of the week, or even the next day. Grab them up and use them all year round. Don't forget St. Patrick's Day, Easter, or Graduation napkins too.
