• Our layaway program is for orders of $50 or more
• You must have an active Etsy user account.

• You must have 75 feedback or more on your Etsy account that is 100% positive. This feedback must be associated with the account you are using for our layaway program.
• Person initiating Layaway must be the same person finalizing the Layaway and receiving the shipped item(s). We will not ship items to another person.
• Items are shipped to the address listed with your Etsy account or credit card purchase.
• Acceptable forms of payment are: Debit Card, e-check or Credit Card as accepted through PayPal and/or Etsy.

• New Layaway contracts cannot be created if you have other delinquent Layaway contracts with us.
• No partial takeouts or partial cancellations are permitted.
• There will be no price adjustments after the day you start your layaway. This includes store wide sales and promotions.
• Payments are to be made biweekly.
• We do not accept partial biweekly payments, you must pay the amount in full, on the due date.
• To start the Layaway process you will pay a Service Fee and Down Payment.
• You can cancel the layaway program at any time for a refund. There is a $10 - $20 cancellation fee depending on the layaway program you choose.
• The initial layaway fee is also non-refundable if you decide to cancel the layaway program.
• We reserve the right to cancel or not accept a layaway program at any time for any reason. If we cancel the program, you will not be charged the cancellation fee nor layaway fee, and any payments you have made will be refunded to you through Paypal.
